The location of the lodge is incredibly remote, nestled in the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares. Guests are treated to a two-hour boat ride that passes by the stunning Upsala glacier. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, with elegant bathrooms. The staff is attentive, friendly, and provide invaluable information during excursions and hikes.
Communication before arrival can be challenging, better to phone than email.

The value for money at the lodge was exceptional, and our room was beautiful with authentic decor and a spacious bathroom. The location in Parque Nacional Los Glaciares was breathtaking, and the staff treated us with warmth and hospitality.
The breakfast selection could be improved, but everything else more than made up for it.

the staff, facilities, and location were perfect. exceeded expectations, from the moment we arrived on the boat to the stunning views from the estancia. the room had beautiful decor and a spacious bathroom. the simplicity and sustainability were appreciated. the activities were well-organized, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. unforgettable experience, highly recommended.

The remote location of the lodge was a highlight, as it required a boat ride to access. The staff were friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The package included transportation, meals, and activities such as horseback riding and trekking, which were well worth the cost. The journey to the lodge was magnificent, with beautiful views along the way.
Communication before our arrival was difficult, as email responses were not prompt. The service inside the lodge was average, with staff often being unaccommodating.

We had the most breathtaking experience at the Lodge - El Calafate. The boat ride to the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares was absolutely riveting, passing by the Upsala glacier. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, providing invaluable information during our excursions and hikes. The food was exquisite, with the chef's remarkable interpretations of Argentine cuisine using local ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel for a once in a lifetime adventure.

Cannot find any fault. The staff was accommodating, and there were a variety of activities available for guests to enjoy.
